Happy New Years 2022 from Eastbay Warriors!

I wanted to follow up and provide an update on our trip:

With over 600 donors...we continue to be overwhelmed and humbled by your support and connection with our program. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The messages and donations have been incredible, our community is so inspiring!

Because of your generosity and support, our team was able to go to Florida for the National Championship from Dec 2-12, all expenses paid. Though we did not win the Championship...we lost a tough quarter final game 27-20 in overtime...we are very proud of our kids and will come back even stronger next year.

The experience was incredible for our kids. They experienced intense competition, met people from all over the US, many flew on an airplane for the first time, and we were able to enjoy Florida as well...with lots of swimming and trips to Universal Studios and Disney World.

Again, none of this would have been possible without our incredible village...our community that showed so much love for our kids and team. The trip was incredible on so many levels for our kids and for our program. THANK YOU!

Thank you Coach ! What a wonderful thing you are doing for these young men and the world ! If you can use some of the money to fix the lights that would be great too. Wish I had the funds to do that for you. God Bless you and your team. Go Oakland

This team worked hard for this reward. Money should not be the reason they don't go or some don't go! I'm all for supporting people who want to be better! Thanks, Coach Otto!\M
